





X FACTOR'S Nicole Scherzinger has solely revealed to OK.co.uk how she maintains her attractive figure, and it's got NOTHING to do with some fad diet.
Beauty Nicole Scherzinger, who struck a chord with the nation (and Louis Walsh) when she stuffed in for Cheryl Cole as a decide on The X Factor 2010, has opened up about how she maintains her famously-svelte figure.
"You recognize what I do not eat? I do not eat quick meals ever," the softly-spoken star admitted.
"I do not really do a diet... I strive not to eat too late at night and have every thing in moderation. I hydrate my pores and skin a lot to keep it recent and young and glowing."
The Hawaiian-Filipino beauty, who is known for making each boy wish his girlfriend was scorching like her, does however have just a few weaknesses in terms of food.
"I like cheese, I like chocolate, I like pasta... dwelling- cooked stuff," she smiles.
"I feel all these ingredients are good for you, I feel it's the processed stuff that sticks to you in the unsuitable way."
Nicole, who stop the Pussycat Dolls in favour of a solo profession earlier this 12 months, proved successful when she took up a spot on the judging panel - but stated it was terrifying when she took to the stage.
"It was nerve-racking as a result of it was the first time I might carried out the only, ever!" she revealed.
"And I wanted it to be one of the best efficiency possible.

"I attempt not to eat too late at night and have everything moderately too.
"[Going to the gym] will get tedious, she added. "But music is what retains me going. Music retains me motivated. I can't run with out my music."
And her tips to reaching her flawless X Issue 2010 model?
"The key is to put on wonderful garments that fit and hug your physique in all the proper places!" she laughed.
"That's the key [to trying stylish]. I imply, you have to know the elements of your body that you just love and embrace.
"I really like style - X Factor clothing was very ladylike and I cherished feeling really classy.
"When I can, I wish to wear extra open shouldered things. I like my shoulders."
Whereas we hanker after Nicole's super-stylish fashion, the songstress has a couple of icons of her own.
"I look up to my mum [the most]," she smiled. "But within the music trade, Beyonce.
"I actually love what she does in music and in film. She's in a position to cross medias and hold her life very personal.
"And to keep a really strong foundation about her. I like how she retains her mind very private.
"[And in fashion]I love Victoria Beckham's style... and J Lo. And I believe Kelis could be very fun and out there. And Halle Berry. I like boho stylish looks. Snug but nonetheless chic."
Nicole, whose hanging features made Louis Walsh a fan of hers, said there's a whole lot of ladies out there she admires.
"I feel Halle Berry is just attractive," she gushed. "I've kind of met her in passing.
"Angelina Jolie is incredible too... There are simply so many wonderful ladies out there."
So what may the attractive, loveable Nicole probably have to work on in 2011?
"It would have to be my way of thinking," she said seriously.
"Being too arduous on myself. Not having the ability to be as accepting and let go of things... I'm [a perfectionist] but I'm studying through every expertise that I am going through.
"If you're so hard on yourself, it retains you from having fun with since you're worrying about the little things and before you know it, all of it passes you by so quickly."
She continued: "So once you're in that more optimistic head space, whenever you're not so critical, I think that shines and it reveals by means of differently in your beauty and who you are..."
